When pre-payment to the hotel has been made with a credit card 4.5% commission If refund is going to be electronically transferred to your account 6% commission When the bank commission will not apply? When your payment has been made in cash, or by bank electronic transfer to the hotel (with no credit card commission to the hotel). When your refund is made in cash (in case you’re here at front desk and refund can be made personally to you). Changes: If you wish to change your arrival or departure dates, you can do so at no charge prior one week of arrival. We still recommend though to make any changes as early as possible since changes depend on availability.
